"B.B. Timber here...Lost my home when the bank took the ranch. Been looking for a new bunk house to curl up in ever since. I'm an easy going fella - have house manners, get along well with others (humans and dogs, no cats please), crate trained, and quiet. Like to run in my fenced yard - got to keep the varmits out! I don't ask for much- just a warm place to sleep, some good vittles and a scratch behind the ears from time to time. I'm a good old boy. Hope you have room in your home and heart for a good ole cowboy like me."
Timber found himself in a shelter due to a divorce and family financial problems, and NBRAN rescued him. His family was very upset to give him up, but they didn't really have any options. Timber has lots of energy, and is a typical mature Brittany. He is a beautiful dog! His long tail makes him unique. He's at that perfect age (7.5 years old) when he's lost that CRAZY BRITT attitude, but still likes to troll the yard for critters or go on walks with you. Won't you find it in your heart to give Timber a furever home? He will be eternally grateful. He is neutered, microchipped, and current on his vaccinations.
If you are interested in this nice Brittany boy, please complete an on-line application at www.nbran.org (under "Adoption Center") before contacting Nancy Walker (nwalker@capecod.net or 508.896.3602) or Timber's foster mom, Judy, at 479.443.9951. Transport to adopting homes (up to 1300 miles) is available through our network of volunteer drivers. Timber's adoption fee is $350.00.
