We said goodbye to one of the best dogs I've had the privilege to have in my life - Zeus. You came into our lives many years ago direct from Minnesota through NBRAN. We never knew your actual age but we know you're around 14-15. You always loved your cold weather and hated it when mom made you put on a doggie coat. You were such a good boy! you loved everyone, especially little children. You loved catching prey, grabbing birds right out of the air! and to play with other doggies, especially your side kick Loki. We watched your face grey over the years. We watched you slow down, stop playing tug-o-war with Loki and sleep more. We watched you react to losing your hearing almost two years ago and how you responded to hand claps. Then the eyesight started to go. A few months ago, out of nowhere seizures started to hit you. They took the life out of you. We tried everything but your precious soul gave up. My pack in Heaven has grown and I'm sure they have welcomed you. l love you to pieces my "Bubba", you may not physically be here with me, but you will always be a part of my soul. Till we meet again.
